Why should you work out or be physically active?
By working out or being physically active you can increase your muscular strength, joint mobility, and your stamina. This doesn’t only affect your mood, but also has several physical advantages.
Motivation
Staying motivated over time is hard – it is for most people. Some find motivation in working out a lot, while others require a more balanced lifestyle with less training.
How should you work out?
Depending on your functional level, you might want to start your training by doing less than what’s recommended. As soon as you get off and running, you can increase your intensity and load.
